I decided to have another garage sale this past Saturday. It is my 5th one over the years. I heard that making Scotcheroos was great selling feature at garage sale. So I decided to try it and man it was very hot item. It sold better than the lemonade. You need to make them big and sell them for more. I could of went higher on price, but since it was my first time. My son helped out quite a bit. Who would not by from a kid.
Okay now I am curious, what are Scotchoo Roos??? It makes me want it even though I have no idea what it is. :)

Lu, maybe in other areas it might be called something else. I did see I typed it incorrectly the first time. I had Scotchoo Roos. Correct is Scotcheroos. It is bars made with Rice Kripies mixed with peanut butter,corn syrup, sugar and the topping is butterscotch chips and chocolate chips.(I know it sounds fattening) If anyone is interested I can post the recipe.
