The title 1000 words was an article in our local paper called the Ames Tribune. It was about my son's Boy scout camp at Mitagwa. He came and told me this time he was in the paper online. Here is a couple of shots they took of him. I really like the first one of them saluting the flag. He is the middle one and the other two are his troop members. Oh, when I look at this I can't believe how he is grown up.

Sneak preview of new Necklace.pendant
This will go on sale tomorrow in my Etsy shop. I'm doing a sneak preview here. It is a love necklace/pendant all hand cut by me. I think it is a fun piece and can be worn with other chains.

My dog and his new bling
I was so excited when I open this package up Saturday. It is from a shop on Etsy called DogGoneNice Now my dog looks great in his new collar with his name on it. I did not know that you can form the collar around him so I did not do this in the pictures so excited to put the collar on him and started shooting. This collar is very professionally made with high quality leather. I know this will be my dogs last collar on him. I would highly recommend DogGoneNice.

4th of July parade
We went to our local 4th of July parade because our son was in it and here is him in the center back of picture getting ready to CRASH the cymbals. He just started drum line this year and will be in the High school band. The weather was so great for the 4th. Hope everyone enjoyed your time on the 4th. Happy belated birthday America!
