Island Spice Pork Tenderloin
I made this last week from Annie's Eats Blog. This was so good my family enjoyed it. My husband thought the house smelled like I was baking cinnamon rolls. Once I served the dish he thought I was becoming quite the cook. I have really enjoyed this blog and made several things from it. So now I want to share. Here is my picture of the pork tenderloin. But when you see hers on the site she takes better pictures. Island Spice Pork Tenderloin was so sweet and spicy at the same time. I enjoyed every bite of it and so moist. I also Highly recommend the Salmon with Strawberry Salsa. The ingredients doesn't sound like it would go good together, but let me tell you it was wonderful!

My son requested to have me make lemon poppy seed muffins. So I checked into my recipe book and found a great and easy one to make.
1 pkg lemon cake mix
1pkg lemon pudding (instant) use dry
1/4 c. poppy seeds
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1c. water
Mix all ingredients until smooth. Pour into loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes, or pour into muffin tin and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
